Melissa Ouellet

Melissa Ouellet '15, a four-year member of the Hawks volleyball team from 2011-14, begins her third season as a member of the coaching staff of her alma mater in 2024. She first joined the staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2022 season and served as interim Head Coach for the 2023 season. 

Ouellet joined the staff after coaching stints with the Elite-Z Volleyball Club and the Latitude 42 Volleyball Club. With both club programs, Ouellet assisted with the development of game plans and practice itineraries while working closely with club members throughout the college recruitment process.

Across a 100-match career on the Hilltop as a middle blocker, Ouellet averaged just shy of one block per set. She recorded 467 kills (1.37/set) and hit over .200 for her career, leading the team in attacking percentage (min. 200 attacks) as a freshman and again as a junior.

A Salem, N.H. native and now a resident of the Queen City, Ouellet graduated with a degree in Communication with a minor in Fine Arts. She received a master's degree in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University in August 2020.
