Meg Pfalzgraf, a long-time member of the Saint Anselm College Department of Athletics, serves the campus community as its Assistant Director of Athletics for Budget & Financial Operations. A member of the College's senior athletics leadership team, Pfalzgraf also holds the position of Senior Woman Administrator.
As SWA, Pfalzgraf represents Saint Anselm on the NE10 Athletics Council and NCAA level and is also appointed as the Athletic Department's Title IX coordinator.
Pfalzgraf holds various financial and administrative duties, including budget preparation for all varsity athletic teams and administrative departments, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, department payroll, and monitoring all the business functions of the department. In addition, she submits the annual US Department of Education EADA Report and the NCAA Financial Report.
She works closely with multiple divisions on campus including Budget, Dining Services, Finance, and Human Resources. Pfalzgraf also assists with key athletic department fundraising initiatives including the highly successful Days of Giving campaigns, including the 2021 Hawks Soar Higher Fundraising Challenge which yielded more than 2,000 and $173,000 in just two days.
A lifelong Saint Anselm fan, her father, Roy Upham, taught on the Hilltop for 36 years and all eight of his children, including Pfalzgraf, attended Saint Anselm.
Prior to joining the Hawks athletics department in 2004, Pfalzgraf previously worked for the Vanguard Group, an investment management company.
She currently lives in Hooksett with her husband, Dave. They have three children, Kristin, who lives in Maryland with her husband, Jason, and their two grandchildren, Logan and Mollie. Her daughter Bethany resides in New York City, and son Gregory, lives in Boston.
