Lexi Neuwirth

In July of 2025, Lexi Neuwirth was promoted to Associate Head Coach of the the Saint Anselm College track and field team as she enters her third season with program ahead of the 2025-26 campaign. Neuwirth was hired ahead of the team's inaugural season in 2023-24 as an assistant coach before earning her new title. She also holds the position of Business Operations Coordinator within the Saint Anselm College Athletic Department.

Neuwirth comes to the Hilltop after serving as an Assistant Track and Field Coach for NCAA Division I Merrimack College. During her two years at Merrimack, she coached both the indoor and outdoor seasons specializing in sprints and hurdles. Neuwirth developed hurdle workout programs and assisted with the sprints and jumps crew to help guide multiple Warrior student-athletes to their personal records. Prior to Merrimack, she coached at Mount Holyoke College, an NCAA Division III institution, during the 2019-2020 season. Neuwirth also focused on sprints and hurdles while at Mount Holyoke, organizing lift sessions and relay teams.

She graduated from Westfield State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Coaching. She was a decorated student-athlete of the Nestor track and field program competing all four years in both the indoor and outdoor seasons. She served as a two-year captain on the team participating in several sprint and hurdle events with a focus on the 400-meter and the 400-meter hurdles. She currently holds seven program records and was an 18x Massachusetts States Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Event Champion. She qualified twice for the Outdoor NCAA Championship in the 400-meter hurdles event and once in 2019 for the Indoor NCAA Championship to become a two-time All-American. 

Neuwirth, a Westford, Massachusetts native, earned her Masters in Education School Counseling from Merrimack College in 2022.
