Koelb is coming to the Hilltop after a successful season as a graduate student on Plymouth State University’s women’s volleyball team as she led the Panthers to a 23-8 season and their first conference championship since 2004.

After taking home the Little East Conference (LEC) title, Koelb collected post-season honors including being named Tournament Most Outstanding Player, American Coaches Volleyball Association (AVCA) All-American, and earned a spot on the Academic All-District Team.

Prior to her time at Plymouth State, Koelb competed for fellow Northeast 10 Conference institution, Southern New Hampshire Univerity, as a member of its women’s volleyball program and earned their Female Penmen Pride Award following her senior season.

During her time SNHU, Koelb worked with the Athletic Communications department, covering a wide variety of sports including men’s and women’s soccer, women’s field hockey, men’s ice hockey, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and more. She
was also in the fellowship program for Team IMPACT, a nonprofit that pairs children facing serious illness with college sports teams, and also founded a chapter of The Hidden Opponent, a nonprofit focused on mental health support and education for student-athletes.

In addition to being a part of the Athletic Communications team on the Hilltop, Koelb is entering her third season coaching girls club volleyball, where she focuses on athlete development, competitive excellence, and fostering a positive team culture.

The Auburn, N.H. native graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Media Arts with a minor in Sports Management at Southern New Hampshire University in 2025.
