Elise Jolly joined the Saint Anselm College volleyball coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach in August of 2026 under head coach Anna Platek, returning to the Hilltop after a standout playing career with the Hawks.

Jolly played for Saint Anselm from 2018-21, appearing in 65 matches with 33 starts across two-plus seasons. She totaled 582 kills, 137 blocks and 88 service aces. Jolly earned Northeast 10 All-Conference Honorable Mention recognition in 2018 before being named to the Northeast 10 All-Conference Third Team in 2019. During her junior season, she ranked sixth in the NE10 in kills and helped the Hawks advance to the NCAA Division II East Region semifinals. She also helped Saint Anselm make two NCAA Division II Tournament appearances and two trips to the NE10 Tournament semifinals.

Jolly transferred to the University of Montana, where she competed from 2021-22. In 2021, she was named the team's Most Improved Player and earned UND Classic All-Tournament Team and Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors after recording 101 kills and 25 blocks. In 2022, she started all 27 matches and led Montana with 106 blocks while adding 197 kills. She was also named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree.

Jolly brings extensive coaching experience to the Hawks, having worked with Gold Medal Squared, the University of Montana volleyball program, University of Wisconsin-Madison volleyball camps and Meraki Volleyball LLC. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in studio art from Saint Anselm in 2021 before completing her Master of Business Administration from Montana in 2023.
