Silva Headshot

Christine Silva

Christine Silva joins the Saint Anselm College women’s soccer staff as Assistant Coach ahead of the 2025 season.

Silva arrives at Saint Anselm after spending eight years on staff at Endicott College, where she helped guide the Gulls to consistent postseason success, including the 2023–24 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship. She was promoted to Associate Head Coach at Endicott in 2022 after six strong seasons as an assistant.

Before returning to her Alma mater as a coach, Silva served as an assistant at Lasell University from 2013–16. During her time there, the Lasers compiled a 65-17-6 overall record (.773), went unbeaten in conference play (41-0-3), captured four Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) titles, and made four NCAA Tournament appearances.

As a student-athlete, Silva had a standout four-year career at Endicott, appearing in all 92 games (starting 90) as a versatile defender. A two-time All-CCC and NEWISA All-Region selection, she helped lead the Gulls to a 61-25-6 overall record during her tenure, highlighted by the program’s first-ever ECAC New England Championship in 2012.

Silva earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2013 and was named to the Dean’s List in all four years of her academic career. She also earned her Masters in Integrated Marketing  from Lasell University in 2016.

“I am thrilled to join the Saint Anselm community and help build on the proud tradition of Hawks women’s soccer,” said Silva. “My goal is to create an environment where our student-athletes can grow as players, as leaders, and as people while representing this program with pride and integrity.”
