2025: Northeast 10 Conference Rookie of the Year, 4x NE10 Rookie of the Week...NE10 Fall Academic Honor Roll, Academic Honors...appeared in 19 games as a freshman...recorded 48 goals and five assists for 53 points as well as 10 ground balls and 44 draw controls...made collegiate debut in 24-4 win vs American Int’l where she also recorded her first collegiate goal (2/15).
BEFORE SAINT ANSELM: Graduate of Hanover High School…member of the lacrosse, soccer, and indoor track teams for the Hawks…played club lacrosse for Mass Elite…named a Patriot League Scholar-Athlete…two-time Patriot League All-Star and two-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic selection…earned Patriot League Sportsmanship Award…served as a three-sport team captain (lacrosse, soccer, indoor track)…helped lead Hanover High School to the 2022 state championship in soccer…member of the National Honor Society and Student Council.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Caroline and Matthew McDermod, both Saint Anselm alumni and former members of the soccer program…mother, Caroline, was inducted into the Saint Anselm College Hall of Fame…sister of James and Tessa…majoring in nursing…aspires to become a nurse practitioner…chose Saint Anselm for its welcoming community and strong nursing and athletic programs…enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family…favorite athlete is Tom Brady.
