AT SAINT ANSELM

2023-24: Raced in all six events for the Hawks as a junior…Conway cracked the top 3 at the Shacklette Invitational with a 6K time of 24:38…She posted a season-low 5K time of 19:15 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 17…Competed in the NE10 Conference Championship on Oct. 22, capturing a 6K time of 23:05 which was good for 11^th place…Secured a 28^th place finish at the NCAA Division II Cross Country East Region Championships posting a 23:06 6K time in a field of 117 competitors.

2022-23: Conway competed in all six meets for the Hawks in her sophomore season...She secured a top-10 finish at the 40th Annual Shacklette Cross Country Invitational after crossing the finish line in 25:31.9, good for eighth place...Conway posted a season-low in the 5K with a time of 18:525 on September 17th at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational finishing in 32nd place...She helped Saint Anselm capture third out of 13 teams competing in the Northeast-10 Championship with her 15th-place finish...Conway captured 35th place at the NCAA Division II Cross Country East Region Championships posting a 23:42.7 6K time in a crowd of over 140 competitors...She also ran in two unofficial spring track and field meets competing in both the 5,000-meter and 1,500-meter events.

2021: Made collegiate debut at the Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 11, placing eighth overall in the field of 82 with a time of 24:28.7...Finished second among the field's first-year performers...Followed up with a season-best 5k time of 18:55 at the UMass Dartmouth XC Invitational on Sept. 18...Was 15th in the field at UMass Dartmouth...Turned in a seventh-place finish at the Bruce Kirsh Cup on Oct. 2 (19:22)...Was 26th at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championship on Nov. 6 (22:46.9) and was 13th among freshmen...Raced in three unofficial track & field meets in the second semeste, racing twice in the 5000m (top time - 19:24.85, at SNHU Spring Invitational on Apr. 2) and once in the mile (5:38.56).

PRIOR TO SAINT ANSELM: 2021 graduate of Stoneham HS...Ran cross country and track & field for the Spartans...Was a three-season captain who earned Middlesex League All-Star honors for cross country and winter/spring track & field...Went to the state championship for the two-mile race as a senior...Was a member of the Yearbook Club and earned honors in the classroom.
