AT SAINT ANSELM

2024-25: Prussman competed in four meets as a senior... opened the season with a top-25 finish at the Shacklette Invitational, running the 6K in 29:22.6...logged a season-low 5K time of 22:29.4 at the Keene State College Invitational...closed out her collegiate cross country career at the NE10 Cross Country Championship on October 27th, logging a personal-best 6K time of 27:28.4.

2023-24: Competed in four events for the Hawks as a junior, opening the year with a 6K time of 29:24 at the Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 2…Posted a season-low 5K time of 22:29 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 17…At the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational on Sept. 30^th, she recorded a career-best in the 6K with a time of 28:39.

2022-23: Prussman did not compete for Saint Anselm during her sophomore season. 

2021-22: Made her collegiate debut at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 18, turning in a 24th place 5K time of 20:47.9.

PRIOR TO SAINT ANSELM: 2021 graduate of Triton Regional HS...Competed on the indoor track & field teams for the Vikings...Was also a member of the varsity soccer team for two seasons (freshman/sophomore) and played club soccer throughout her high school career...Qualified for the State Championship and Cape Ann League Open in spring and indoor track across three seasons...Placed eighth as a freshman at the Spring Track Championship and placed sixth as a sophomore...Was a Cape Ann League Champion in the 4x8 as a freshman during the indoor track & field season...Placed 14th at the Cape Ann League Cross Country Open...Chaired the Homecoming Committee as a junior.
