Silvia Caddell was announced as an assistant coach for the Saint Anselm men's and women's cross country teams by head coach Brian Stankiewicz in September of 2026. Caddell will also assist the distance runners on the Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field teams.
In her collegiate coaching debut, Caddell helped lead the Hawks to an impressive performance at the 2026 Philip J. Shacklette Invitational, with the men's and women's teams both winning the 44th running of the race at Saint Anselm.Â
Caddell comes to the Hilltop after a successful cross country and track and field career at the University of New Hampshire from 2020-24. Caddell was a member of the Wildcat's 2023 America East Outdoor Championship 4x800-meter relay race team that won gold with a time of 9:01.94. Caddell and her teammates would go on to win the 4x800m relay race at the 2023Â NEICAAA Outdoor Championships as well.
A native of Salem, New Hampshire, Caddell graduated from UNH with her bachelor's of science in Biomedical Laboratory Science in 2024
