2022-23: Toy competed in four of the six meets for Saint Anselm during her senior season...She first appeared at the 40th Annual Shacklette Cross Country Invitational on September 3rd posting a 6K time of 25:41.4 to secure a ninth place finish...At the Leigh Paul Short Invitational on September 30th, Toy was a top-100 finisher for the Hawks crossing the finish line in 24:19.2...She helped Saint Anselm capture third place out of 13 teams competing at the Northeast-10 Championship as a top-five finisher for the Hawks after posting a 24:39.4 6K time...Toy was one of seven Hawks to compete at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championship on November 19th securing 53rd place with a 6K time of 24:09.8.
2021: Competed in all six cross country events for Saint Anselm, placing 11th to open the season at the Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 11...Was third in a crowded field at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on Oct. 2, posting a 5K time of 18:45.5...Was 30th at the NE10 Cross Country Championship on Oct. 24, logging a 6K time at 24:33.5...Also raced at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship on Nov. 6, posting a 6K time of 23:08.3...Also raced in the 1500m, 5000m and the mile during the unofficial track & field season...Was fourth in the mile (5:26.13) at the Merrimack Track Carnival on Apr. 9.
2019: Made an immediate impact on the Hawks team, leading the squad in five of six races as a freshman…Crossed the line in third place at the season-opening Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 7 (19:41.5)…Placed 49th out of 263 competitors at the Mass.-Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 21…Led the squad at the Bruce Kirsh Cup on Sept. 28 by crossing the line in fourth place out of 73 student-athletes with a time of 19:51.8…Kept momentum going by leading all Saint Anselm entrants in the NEICAAA New England Championship, posting a 5K time of 19:08, a season-low, to place 52nd out of 154 runners…Navigated the 6K NE10 Championship on Oct. 27 in 24:34.8 with a fifth-place finish…Was the only freshman in the NE10 Championship to finish in the top-15…Her 23:01.9 6K time at the NCAA Division II East Regional on Nov. 9 helped the Hawks finish fifth as a team, securing another top-15 spot with a 13th place finish out of 162 runners.
PRIOR TO SAINT ANSELM: Was a three-sport athlete at Bonny Eagle, competing on the cross country, track & field and swimming programs...Earned All-State distinction on three occasions...Was a three-time cross country captain and was on three state championship teams...A member of the National Technical Honors Society.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Brian and Jacqueline...Sister of Aiden...Mother was a runner at Toledo, earning multiple All-Conference accolades in the 5K and 10K...Elementary Education major...English minor...Aspires to become a teacher.
