Morgan Edmondson

Morgan Edmondson was hired as the program’s full-time Assistant Coach in August 2021. In addition to her coaching role with the Hawks, she will also serve the campus community as an Admission Recruiter.

At the collegiate level, Edmondson was most recently with the softball program at Seton Hall University as a volunteer assistant coach from August 2013 through May 2015. Working with the team’s catchers, she also assisted with the team’s offense and handled all off-field matters for the squad, including travel itineraries, practice schedules and other workouts.

Familiar with the Northeast-10 Conference, Edmondson played collegiately at Le Moyne College and graduated with a degree in Psychology in 2012. She was a three-time Second Team All-Conference performer as a backstop who rapped 19 doubles as a senior in 2012, ranking in the top-10 on the league’s all-time single-season leaderboard. Her team won an NE10 postseason title as a freshman.

The all-time program record-holder at Le Moyne for runners caught stealing (25), Edmondson has served as the Head Coach of the Titans Travel Softball Organization, a 16-and-under travel program in Endicott, N.Y. She has also conducted stints as the Head Swimming Coach at Johnson City (N.Y.) Senior High School and has assumed several positions at Chenango Valley High School in Binghamton, N.Y.

Edmondson went on to receive a master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Sport Psychology in 2015 from Seton Hall. She has conducted an internship at the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y. in the institution’s Center for Enhanced Performance.

She is the sister of Saint Anselm baseball Head Coach Jerod Edmondson ’06.
