2019: Utilized in many different specific situations as a sophomore at first base, earning 26 starts on 35 games played…Recorded a slash line of .241/.287/.356 in 87 at-bats…Totaled 21 hits, five runs, one double, three home runs, 14 RBIs, and six walks…Held a fielding percentage of .994, getting 164 chances and 156 putouts…Helped convert eight double plays throughout the season…Recorded her first collegiate hit in the 5-2 victory over Goldey-Beacom on Feb. 17…Had a career-high three hits in the 1-0 win over Stonehill on March 30…Had 13 runs batted in a nine-game span starting on March 31 and finished on April 10…Sent her first career home run out of the park in the 7-3 win at Franklin Pierce, including bringing two runners home…Was 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a two-run single and one run in the 10-0 triumph over Saint Michael’s on April 10, including a career-high four RBIs in a single game…Went 1-for-3 with her first double of her career in the 4-3 win over at-time No. 13 Southern New Hampshire on April 17...Posted six games throughout the season with double-digit putouts, including a season-high 12 against New Haven on April 6.
2018: Made 13 appearances in the circle and three starts as a rookie…Went 3-1 with one save and a 2.92 ERA…Threw one complete game…Struck out 25 in 36.0 innings of work…Made first-career appearance/start, working three innings in the 4-2 win versus Concord on Feb. 17…Struck out season-high five batters, allowing one run in the complete-game 2-1 win over Bentley on April 21…Earned first-career save by working one inning in the 8-6 win versus Ashland on Mar. 8…Picked up first collegiate victory with four innings of shutout relief in the 12-5 victory over Ursuline on Mar. 10…Threw 2.2 innings in 11-5 loss to No. 8 Southern Arkansas on May 26 at 2018 NCAA Division II Softball Championship.
BEFORE SAINT ANSELM: Played four years of softball at Scarborough High School, where she was also on indoor track & field team for two years and volleyball team for one year...Softball team was undefeated in regular season throughout her career and won state title in 2017...Holds ball exit speed record at Edge Academy Training Center (78 mph)...First Team All-Conference selection as a senior and Second Team All-Conference honoree as freshman and sophomore...Gatorade Player of the Year Finalist during her senior year...Graduated in top 10 percent of class...National Honor Society member.
PERSONAL: Parents Paul and Tracey...Sister, Megan, was her teammate and team's catcher for Abbie's freshman season before graduating from Saint Anselm in 2018...Majoring in Economics with a minor in Mathematics and Spanish.
