2023-24: Competed in all six events for the Hawks as a senior…Finished in the top-10 at the Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 2 with a time of 29:41…Recorded a season-best in the 8k at the James Earley Invitational clocking in at 27:42…At the NE10 Conference Championship on Oct. 22, Scopelites navigated the 8k course in 27:47 to capture 59th place…Was one of seven Hawks to race in the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 4
2022-23: Scopelites competed in every competition for Saint Anselm during his junior season...He placed 13th overall at the 40th Annual Schacklette Cross Country Invitational with a time of 29:46.6...His best performance of the year was on September 30th at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational clocking in at 27:07.1...At the Northeast-10 Championship, Scopelites placed 41st overall out of 125 runners to help the Hawks secure eighth place...He cracked the top 100 at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 35:09.6...He also participated in three unofficial spring track and field competitions running in the mile and 1,500-meter events.
2021-22: Made his cross country debut at the 39th Annual Shacklette Invitational with a 21st place finish and a 29:00.7 time…Posted career-bests in consecutive appearances on Sept. 18 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a five-mile time of 26:34.1 and then an 8k time of 26:54.6 at the Bruce Kirsh Cup on Oct. 2, good for 11th…Finished 76th in the NCAA Division II East Region Championship on Nov. 6 with a 10k time of 35:15.1…Posted a career-best mile time at the SNHU Spring Invitational on Apr. 2 at 4:57.19, good for 16th…Also competed in the 4x400 and the 5000m in the unofficial spring track & field season.
PRIOR TO SAINT ANSELM: 2020 graduate of Campbell HS...Ran cross country and was a member of both the indoor and outdoor track and field programs...A member of the 2018 men's track & field state championship squad...A member of the Honor Roll who also earned High Honors during his academic career...A member of the National Honor Society...Served as the secretary of Student Council...Earned nine varsity pin awards..Served as the team captain for the indoor track & field team.
