AT SAINT ANSELM 

2023-24: Raced in all six events for the Hawks as a sophomore…Opened the season at the Shacklette Invitational where he finished in the top 25 after posting a 31:43 8k time…Harrington registered his best 8k time of the season at the James Earley Invite where he navigated the course in 27:04 to secure a 42^nd place finish…Harrington earned a personal best time of 33:15 in the 10k at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championship on Nov. 4.

2022-23: Harrington competed in all six races his first year capturing three top finishes for the Hawks...He made his collegiate debut for Saint Anselm in the 40th Annual Schacklette Cross Country Invitational finishing with a time of 29:12.1 to secure eighth place. At the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, Harrington recorded his best 5-mile time of the season with 26:51.5 finishing as the top runner for the men in 89th place...He produced his best 8k time of the season at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational clocking in at 27:13.0...Harrington led the Hawks with his top-50 finish at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships after finishing the 10k in 33:58.6...Appeared in three events in the unofficial spring track and field season competing in both the 5,000-meter and 1,500-meter events. 

BEFORE SAINT ANSELM: Graduate of Malden Catholic HS…Part of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track teams for the Lancers…Member of the National Honor Society…Saint Francis Xavier Scholar…Catholic Conference All-Star selection…Two-time team captain.

PERSONAL: Son of Tim and Andrea…Brother of Paul, Jane, and Annie…Jane is a member of the Saint Anselm women’s cross country team…Majoring in Business…Enjoys basketball, football, Spikeball, and spending time with friends.
