2014: Competed in five races ... submitted his best performance at the James Earley Invitational on Oct. 11 as he finished 258th in a time of 31:12.30 ... placed 147th at 34:47 on Nov. 9 at the NE-10 Championships.

2013: Opened the season by placing 50th at the Shacklette Invitational in a time of 30:22.4 ... finished 51st in a time of 30:07 at the Keene State Invitational ... posted a season-best time of 30:06 to finish 125th at the Northeast-10 Championships ... crossed the finish line in 147th with a 10K time of 37:24.3.

2012: Placed 40th in a time of 32:00.9 at the Shacklette Invitational ... finished 224th in a time of 29:53.37 at the UMass Dartmouth Shriners Invitational ... posted a time of 28:36 at the Raider Invitational to finish 31st ... crossed the finish line at 30:02.2 in 100th place at the Pop Crowell Invitational ... recorded a time of 30:42.48 to place 251st at the New England Championships ... finished 97th at the Northeast-10 Championships in 31:14.8 ... ended the season at the NCAA East Regionals in 141st place with a 10K time of 35:54.2.

2011: Did not participate in any meets.

BEFORE SAINT ANSELM: Competed in cross country, track & field, Nordic skiing, tennis, soccer and baseball at Bangor Christian Schools ... 2009 and 2010 state soccer champions ... 2009-10 soccer Sportsmanship Award ... captured an Eastern Maine Cross Country Championship ... finished fifth in the 4x800 relay at states.
