AT SAINT ANSELM
2023: Kapsambelis started in all 22 games for the Hawks in 2023 recording career-highs in goals (2), assists (5), and points (9)...She registered 22 total shot attempts including 10 on target for a 0.455 on-goal shooting percentage...On Nov. 3 against Adelphi University in the NE10 Semifinals, she netted her first collegiate game-winner...Kapsambelis also recorded her first collegiate defensive save versus the Panthers on Nov. 3...She aided Saint Anselm to its second-ever Northeast-10 Conference title and to the NCAA Division II postseason for the sixth time in program history. 

2022: Kapsambelis played in all 21 matches for Saint Anselm in her sophomore season...She tallied one assist and posted seven shot attempts with two on goal...Kapsambelis recorded her first collegiate assist on October 26th against Franklin Pierce.

2021: Appeared in 11 games as a freshman for the Hawks…Recorded a goal for two points (1-0=2)…Attempted two shots with both of them placed on goal…Made her collegiate debut against Franklin Pierce on Sept. 4...Scored in the regular-season finale at Molloy on Oct. 23.

BEFORE SAINT ANSELM: 2021 graduate of Merrimack High School…Played field hockey for the Tomahawks…A member of the Seacoast United Field Hockey Club…Two-time captain of the Tomahawk field hockey team…Named to the First Team All-State…NFHCA High School National Academic Squad Scholar of Distinction…A member of the National Honor Society…Was four-year honor roll student in her academic career.
