2024-25: Appeared in 11 games for the Hawks in her senior season... Recorded a 2.68 goals-against-average and a .914 save percentage... Let up only 1 goal against Post University where she made 27 saves for a Hawks victory. (1/31)

2023-24: Lalande appeared in a career-high 10 games for Saint Anselm featuring eight starts...She finished the season with a season-best 6-3-0 record...Lalande owned a .908 save percentage after producing 188 total saves between the pipes...She posted a 2.33 goals-against average and allowed 19 goals on the year...On Nov. 4 against Post, Lalande recorded her second career shutout victory as a Hawk making 11 stops to defeat the Eagles 3-0...She made a season-high 29 saves at Assumption on Jan. 6. 

2022-23: Appeared in three games in the goal for the Hawks as a sophomore…Closed the season with 0.878 save percentage, totaling 43 saves…Registered a 2.67 goals-against average in just over 135 minutes of action with a 1-0-1 record…Made her season debut on Sept. 24 at Mercyhurst and made nine saves in that contest…Stopped 14 of 16 shots on goal in a 4-2 win over Saint Michael’s on Nov. 19 before stopping 20 shots in a 1-1 tie against the Purple Knights on Feb. 3…Aided the Hawks to their fifth consecutive NEWHA Championship game appearance.

2021-22: Appeared in four games in the goal for the Hawks, drawing two starts…Posted a 1-0-1 record with one shutout…Stopped 86 shots on goal for a .945 save percentage and a 1.67 goals-against average…Made collegiate debut at Quinnipiac on Oct. 9, stopping four shots on goal in just over nine minutes of action…Turned aside 43 shots in relief at Yale on Oct. 22, which was her season high…Got her first start on Nov. 13 against Post and recorded a 29 save shutout to claim her first collegiate win…Allowed just one goal in a tie at Saint Michael’s on Jan. 22…Helped the Hawks defense close the season with the third-best goals-against average in the NEWHA at 2.22 and with a league-high .940 save percentage...Aided the Hawks to their fourth consecutive NEWHA Championship game appearance.

BEFORE SAINT ANSELM: Attended École Secondaire Publique Le Sommet…Was a member of the Falcons ice hockey team…Played club hockey for the Nepean Jr. Wildcats and the Ottawa Lady 67’s…Completed all four years with high honors…Competed in the OWHA U16 Summer Games and was an ODWHA League champion as a Bantam AA.
