2019: Ran in five of the Hawks six races as a sophomore…Led the team at the Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 7 with an 8K time of 28:36.55, finishing seventh out of 32 racers…Followed up with his best 8K time of the season (27:49.86) with an 86th place finish at Mass.-Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 21…Recorded a 30:12 time at the NE10 Championship on Oct. 27, earning him 65th out of 149 competitors…Competed in the NCAA Division II East Regional on Nov. 9, capturing a 10K time of 35:16.9.
2018: Appeared in five meets on the season, making his collegiate debut at the Shacklette Invitational on Sept. 1...Led the Hawks in back-to-back races, completing the 8K course at the National Catholic Invitational (9/14) in 28:11.94...Navigated the 8K course at the NEICAAA New England Invite (10/6) in 27:15...Competed at both the NE10 Championship (11/4) and NCAA Division II East Regional (11/17), posting times of 27:55.74 (8K) and 36:50.90 (10K), respectively.
PRIOR TO SAINT ANSELM: 2018 graduate of Braintree HS...Competed in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track each of his four years....During his senior campaign, logged a personal-best time of 16:32 in the 5K and holds the school records in the one mile and 5K...Became the top runner for Braintree as a senior, logging a top-10 finish at the Vineyard Invitational, a 36th-place finish at the Bay State Invitational and a 68th-place finish at the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) EMASS D2 Championships...Recipient of the John Adams Award, given to a student who displayed "excellence in the fields of politics and/or law"...Was a two-time cross country and track & field captain...Division I Honorable Mention award winner...Division I Sportsmanship Award...Was active in the Ping Pong club...Received the Paul Tooljin Award on two occasions, issued to the team Most Valuable Player in cross country...Was a six-time Top Distance Runner award recipient...Picked up the Sportsmanship Award.
