North Andover, Mass. (April 17) -- In the
regular-season finale for Saint Anselm, the men's tennis team
dropped a 9-0 final to unbeaten Merrimack on Friday afternoon in
Northeast-10 Conference play.
The Hawks complete the regular season at 4-6 overall and in
league play and will advance to the Northeast-10 Tournament as
the No. 7 seed, playing an opponent still to be determined. The
postseason appearance is the first for the Hawks since the 2003
season.
Merrimack improves to 11-2 overall with the win, along with a
perfect 8-0 in Northeast-10 play.
