  • D2ADA Honors 19 Saint Anselm Student-Athletes with Academic Awards

    CLEVELAND – The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) announced Friday that 19 Saint Anselm College student-athletes were the 2013-14 recipients of the D2ADA Academic Achievement Awards. The Academic Achievement Awards is a program that recognizes the academic accomplishments of student-athletes at the Division 2 level.

    SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – One-hundred fifty-one Saint Anselm College student-athletes, representing each of the school's 17 intercollegiate athletics programs that compete in the conference, were named to the Spring 2014 Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. The honor roll recognizes student-athletes at each of the conference's 15 institutions for their success in the classroom.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – Senior Matthew Steele (Ipswich, Mass.) of the Saint Anselm College men's lacrosse team was selected to the 2014 New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) East All-Star Team, the association announced recently. Steele will join other members of the East team and play in a lacrosse game against the West All-Stars on Friday, May 30 (5 p.m.) at Springfield College.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse and softball teams have all earned trips to the postseason after earning berths into their respective Northeast-10 Championship. Ticket prices for all events are $6 for adults, $4 for children and seniors and $1 for students with a valid ID from a Northeast-10 institution.
