MANCHESTER, N.H. — This year, the Saint Anselm College field hockey team will be participating in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's Open Collegiate Practice Day. Over the course of two weekends, collegiate field hockey programs from across the country will open their preseason practices to observation by fellow NFHCA members.
This event is designed for NFHCA members at all levels to connect and learn from one another. The event is primarily intended for high school and club coach members, but any NFHCA member is welcome to join.
The Hawks will be hosting three total sessions starting on Friday, Aug. 23 and ending on Saturday, Aug. 24 at Grappone Stadium. On Friday, the Hawks will practice at 1 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and then the next day from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Head Coach Carolyn King-Robitaille and company will return to the field at 1:15 p.m with open practices finishing at 3:15 p.m.
The NFHCA is a nonprofit organization made up of over 1,600 field hockey coaches from across the United States.
