Price Ferguson enters his first season at Saint Anselm in 2019 and will coach the Hawks running backs.
He comes to the Hilltop from Washington State University where he was an Offensive Quality Control Coach after serving as a Graduate Assistant Coach to begin his tenure with the Cougars. Ferguson assisted the Head Coach with practices, game planning and scouting reports while providing in-game statistical analysis for halftime breakdown.
As the Offensive Graduate Assistant at Louisiana Tech University from March 2013 to January 2015, Ferguson recruited offensive student-athletes and also coached the team’s tight ends. He was also responsible for the construction and design of the offensive playbook and aided with scouting duties.
Ferguson began his career as a student assistant coach at Texas A&M University before working as the Offensive Line and Tight Ends coach at Tyler Junior College from January 2011 to 2013. He handled various scouting, recruiting and academic duties for the program.
A four-year member of the Texas A&M University offensive line, Ferguson played in the Holiday, Alamo and Independence Bowls and was a two-time Big XII Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration in 2010.
Ferguson also has two master’s degrees, the first from Louisiana Tech University (Kinesiology with a concentration in the Administration of Sport and Physical Activity) and the second from the University of Texas at Tyler (Business Administration). At Louisiana Tech, Ferguson also served as an intern in the Strength & Conditioning office.
