John Trisciani in his 11th season as an assistant coach at Saint Anselm in 2019 and works with the team's defensive line. He is also the equipment manager for the Department of Athletics.
Trisciani, the longest-tenured coach in the modern-day history of the Hawks football program, has 40 years of coaching experience and has been on the Saint Anselm coaching staff since 2009. He has coached the defensive line in addition to serving as the special teams coordinator from 2010-12.
He was previously the head coach at Trinity High School (2007-09) and has also held a variety of positions with Manchester Memorial High School, the Manchester Bears, the Manchester East Cobras, the Youngsville Hawks, the Manchester East Blue Devils and the Manchester Vikings.
Trisciani also has 23 years of experience coaching baseball and has been a baseball umpire for the last three decades. He was the recipient of the prestigious Anselmian Leadership and Service Award in May 2019, recognizing his decade-long service to Saint Anselm and its community.
He is an active member of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, the Joe Yukica New Hampshire Chapter Board of Directors, the National Football Coaches Association and is certified by the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.
Trisciani and his wife, Kathy, have a son, John, who serves as the Head Football Coach at Bishop Guertin High School, and a daughter, Kaity. His brother, Tony, is the Head Football Coach at Elon University.
