117 Saint Anselm Student-Athletes Tabbed for NE-10 Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll
SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – One hundred seventeen Saint Anselm College student-athletes, representing each of the school's intercollegiate athletics programs in the conference, were named to the Spring 2012 Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. The honor roll recognizes student-athletes at each of the conference's 16 institutions for their success in the classroom.

WEST HAVEN, Conn. – Senior Meghan Smith (Pittsford, N.Y.) collected seven points to become the program’s all-time leading point scorer, but the 13th-ranked Saint Anselm College women’s lacrosse team suffered a 21-9 defeat against the sixth-ranked University of New Haven on Saturday afternoon at Kayo Field in the team’s season finale.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Freshman Kaitlyn Stazinski (Pembroke, Mass.) registered three goals, but the 13th-ranked Saint Anselm College women’s lacrosse team suffered a 24-9 defeat against top-ranked Le Moyne College on Saturday afternoon at the Niland Athletic Complex.

Women’s Lacrosse Set to Host “Teal the Field” Ovarian Cancer Initiative
MANCHESTER, N.H. – Head coach, Holly Drown, announced Thursday afternoon that the Saint Anselm College women’s lacrosse team will be hosting “Teal the Field” to support the “Ovations for the Cure of Ovarian Cancer” organization and raise ovarian cancer awareness when the Hawks play host to Franklin Pierce University on Wednesday, April 18 at 7 p.m. under the lights at Grappone Stadium.

MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Saint Anselm College athletic department announced Thursday morning that the lacrosse doubleheader scheduled for Tuesday, April 10 will air on SaintAnselmHawks.tv. The 10th-ranked men’s team will play host to The College of Saint Rose in a 4 p.m. tilt, while the 14th-ranked women’s squad will take on Saint Michael’s College under the lights at 7 p.m.
