Glebocki, Howe Earn NE-10 Men’s Soccer All-Conference Honors

SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – Maximillian Glebocki (Wilbraham, Mass.) and Keesen Howe (Norwich, Conn.) earned Northeast-10 Conference Second Team and Third Team All-Conference honors respectively, the conference office announced Wednesday morning. 

Glebocki earned Second Team honors for his performance this season, the first time he has received recognition following the season.  Glebocki led the team with eight goals and six assists for 22 points (8-6=22) while also holding the team lead with two game-winning goals to his credit.  Glebocki also finished third overall in the conference with both 22 points and six assists.

Howe earned Third Team honors for the third straight season after capturing All Rookie team honors a freshman.  Howe, a senior, concluded his Hawks career with 73 games played alongside 15 goals and 14 assists for 44 points (15-14=44).  This season, Howe scored seven goals, second only to Glebocki for the team lead. 

In other league awards, Diego Tabares of Franklin Pierce University captured Player of the Year recognition with teammates Tom Reilly and Victor Goncalves earning Defensive Player of the Year and Goaltender of the Year nods, respectively.  Homero Morais of UMass Lowell was voted the league's best rookie player while Head Coach Christian Figueroa was recognized as the conference's best coach by his peers.
